Clients may expect the full range of sophisticated legal services related to insolvency proceedings, whether it be the representation of debtors in restructuring or bankruptcy; the representation of creditors in such matters as claims registration, filing insolvency petitions, recovering receivables, litigating insolvency-related matters (e.g. over the existence or amount of claims, or over the inclusion of assets in the debtor’s estate, etc.), or participating in the creditors’ committee; or the representation of insolvency trustees (again including all kinds of insolvency-related court disputes).
